Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3.5 cups cold whole milk
  • 2 3.4 oz boxes French vanilla pudding can also use plain vanilla or chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream can also replace with cool whip
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 1/4-1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • pretzel sticks
  • mini vegan marshmallows
  • 4-6 oz white chocolate
  • 2 tsp coconut oil for melting
  • crushed pistachios for 'moss' in dirt & rocks

Method
 

  1. Whisk together the cold milk and instant pudding mix in a large bowl and let it sit aside as it thickens. Crush Oreos into coarse crumbs.
  2. Whip heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold in vanilla extract.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until creamy, gradually add powdered sugar, then incorporate thickened pudding and fold in whipped cream gently.
  4. Layer crushed Oreos and creamy filling in your dish, finishing with crushed Oreos on top. Chill before serving.
