Prepare the Sauce
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Allow it to reduce by half, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and thyme. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
- Serve over cooked ravioli and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
