Method
Prepare the Oven
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
Make the Cheese Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Roll Out the Dough
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness, about 12 inches in diameter.
Assemble the Pizza
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a piece of parchment paper. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top with slices of prosciutto and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake the Pizza
- Carefully transfer the pizza (with parchment) onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Finish and Serve
- Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle hot honey over the top. Garnish with fresh basil. Slice and serve warm.
