Method
- Preheat your oven to 250 degrees F (120 C) and line a large baking sheet with a silicone liner or parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whip the egg white until frothy. Add your mixed nuts into the bowl and toss them gently to coat each nut in the frothy egg white.
- Pour in your honey along with all the spices and seasonings. Mix everything together until all the nuts are beautifully coated.
- Transfer your nut mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and roast them for about 45–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Once roasted, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for at least 10 minutes before breaking apart any clumps.
