Prepare the Mixture
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, chicken broth, sage, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and beaten egg.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Form the Balls
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using your hands, form the mixture into balls about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
