Prepare the Turkey Patties
- In a bowl, mix the ground turkey with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of the slider buns.
Cook the Patties
- Heat olive oil on a griddle over medium heat.
- Cook the turkey patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
Assemble the Sliders
- Spread a layer of cream cheese on the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Place a cooked turkey patty on top of the cream cheese, followed by a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Top with the other half of the slider bun and press gently.
