Ingredients
  

Slider Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground turkey lean
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce preferably homemade or canned
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 8 mini slider buns or dinner rolls
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder optional

Method
 

Prepare the Turkey Patties
  1. In a bowl, mix the ground turkey with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of the slider buns.
Cook the Patties
  1. Heat olive oil on a griddle over medium heat.
  2. Cook the turkey patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
Assemble the Sliders
  1. Spread a layer of cream cheese on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  2. Place a cooked turkey patty on top of the cream cheese, followed by a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  3. Top with the other half of the slider bun and press gently.
Serve
  1. Serve the sliders warm and enjoy!
