Prepare the Turkey
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of the slider buns.
Cook the Turkey Patties
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the turkey patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Assemble the Sliders
- Spread cream cheese on the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Place a turkey patty on top of the cream cheese, then add a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Top with the other half of the slider bun and garnish with parsley.
Serve
- Serve immediately while warm, and enjoy your turkey cranberry sliders!
