Slider Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey Lean ground turkey is preferred.
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce Use homemade or store-bought.
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese Softened at room temperature.
  • 12 count Slider Buns Small dinner rolls work well.
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil For cooking the turkey.
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste.
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Method
 

Prepare the Turkey
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of the slider buns.
Cook the Turkey Patties
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the turkey patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Assemble the Sliders
  1. Spread cream cheese on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  2. Place a turkey patty on top of the cream cheese, then add a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  3. Top with the other half of the slider bun and garnish with parsley.
Serve
  1. Serve immediately while warm, and enjoy your turkey cranberry sliders!
