Prepare the Rice

Make the Teriyaki Sauce
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
Cook the Turkey
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat if necessary, then pour the teriyaki sauce over the turkey. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Assemble the Bowl
- Spoon the cooked brown rice into bowls.
- Top with the teriyaki turkey mixture, steamed broccoli, shredded carrot, and sliced green onions.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
