Teriyaki Chicken Zucchini Bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 2 breasts chicken diced
  • 2 medium zucchinis spiralized
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • sesame seeds for garnish
  • green onions chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add diced chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, then cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Pour teriyaki sauce over the cooked chicken and stir well to coat all pieces evenly.
  5. Gently add spiralized zucchini to the skillet and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until just tender.
  6. Serve your delightful bowls garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
