Method
Prepare the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the shell pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, return the drained pasta and set aside while preparing the sauce.
Cook the Steak Bites
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
Combine and Serve
- Add the cooked shell pasta and steak bites to the Alfredo sauce. Toss to coat everything evenly in the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
