Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar for topping
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan by greasing and flouring it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until they are smooth.
  3. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract into the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add your dry mixture to the wet ingredients while alternating with milk. Stir gently until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  7. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the batter before placing it in the oven.
  8. Bake for about 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let your Snickerdoodle Banana Bread rest in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
  10. After cooling completely on the rack, slice up your delicious creation and enjoy!
