Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, non-fat
  • 1 cup sour cream light
  • 1 packet taco seasoning low sodium
Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes fresh
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish
Serving
  • 1 bag tortilla chips baked for a healthier option

Method
 

Prepare the Dip Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  2. Spread the dip base evenly in a serving dish.
Add Toppings
  1. Layer shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, black olives, and green onions on top of the dip base.
Serve
  1. Serve immediately with tortilla chips for dipping.
