Method
Prepare the Vegetables
- Wash and slice the zucchini into half-moons, slice the mushrooms, and slice the onion.
- Set the prepared vegetables aside.
Sauté the Vegetables
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and sauté for about 3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes until they release their moisture.
- Finally, add the zucchini, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sauté for an additional 5-7 minutes until the zucchini is tender but still crisp.
Serve
- Remove from heat and serve warm as a side dish.
