Prepare the Base
- In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, white chocolate chips, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, sugar, and salt.
- Heat over medium heat, whisking constantly until the mixture is smooth and the chocolate is melted.
- Do not let it boil; just heat until hot.
Serve
- Once heated, remove from heat and pour into mugs.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
