Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt full fat for creaminess or low fat for a lighter touch
  • ½ cup protein powder choose chocolate or vanilla for extra flavor
  • 1-2 tbsp nut butter almond or peanut butter adds creaminess and healthy fats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder optional, enhances the chocolatey goodness
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey sweeten to your taste
  • as needed cup milk of choice only if needed for consistency

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, nut butter, and any optional ingredients like cocoa powder.
  2. Stir thoroughly with a whisk or spoon until everything is well-blended and smooth. Gradually add a splash of milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding maple syrup or honey as needed.
  4. For added texture, stir in chia seeds if desired and let the pudding sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.
