Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 0.5 Tbsp maple syrup optional
  • 2 Tbsp rainbow sprinkles

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the non-fat plain Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Add in the vanilla whey protein powder and stir vigorously until completely smooth.
  3. Taste your mixture and stir in the maple syrup gradually if needed to adjust sweetness.
  4. Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles into your dip.
