Ingredients
  

Quesadilla Base
  • 4 large flour tortillas
Pizza Filling
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce for dipping
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers optional
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives optional

Method
 

Prepare the Quesadillas
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese evenly over it.
  3. Add pepperoni slices, bell peppers, and olives on top of the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top and cover with another tortilla.
Cook the Quesadillas
  1. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
  2. Carefully flip the quesadilla using a spatula and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
  3. Remove from skillet and let it cool for a minute before cutting into wedges.
Serve
  1. Serve warm with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
