Method
Prepare the Quesadillas
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese evenly over it.
- Add pepperoni slices, bell peppers, and olives on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top and cover with another tortilla.
Cook the Quesadillas
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla using a spatula and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and let it cool for a minute before cutting into wedges.
Serve
- Serve warm with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
