- Put the tortillas on a flat table. Take a generous spoonful of pizza sauce and spread it over one side of each tortilla.
- Scatter around 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella on top of each sauce-covered tortilla. Then, evenly place the turkey pepperoni slices over the cheese layer.
- Sprinkle a tiny bit of garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the fillings.
- Warm a dab of butter or pour some olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Carefully add one or two folded tortillas to the pan.
- After about 2-3 minutes per side, flip each quesadilla once they're golden brown and crispy.
- Take off the heat and let them cool for a minute before cutting into wedges. Enjoy warm with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
