Pizza Quesadillas

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large tortillas made from flour
  • 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil for cooking
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning blend for Italian dishes
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce tasty

Method
 

  1. Put the tortillas on a flat table. Take a generous spoonful of pizza sauce and spread it over one side of each tortilla.
  2. Scatter around 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella on top of each sauce-covered tortilla. Then, evenly place the turkey pepperoni slices over the cheese layer.
  3. Sprinkle a tiny bit of garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the fillings.
  4. Warm a dab of butter or pour some olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Carefully add one or two folded tortillas to the pan.
  5. After about 2-3 minutes per side, flip each quesadilla once they're golden brown and crispy.
  6. Take off the heat and let them cool for a minute before cutting into wedges. Enjoy warm with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
