Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base
  • 4 pieces flatbread store-bought or homemade
Chicken
  • 2 cups grilled chicken breast sliced
Pesto Sauce
  • 1 cup pesto sauce store-bought or homemade
Cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
Toppings
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil for garnish
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Grill the chicken breasts over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Let them rest before slicing.
Assemble the Flatbreads
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  2. Spread a layer of pesto sauce over each flatbread.
  3. Top with sliced grilled chicken and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake the Flatbreads
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Add Toppings and Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and top with halved cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and grated parmesan cheese.
  2. Slice and serve warm.
