Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Add Vegetables
  1. Once the chicken is cooked, add the broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers to the skillet.
  2. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
