Method
Prepare the crust
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
Make the filling
- In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped heavy cream gently until fully incorporated.
- Add the Biscoff spread and mix until well combined.
Assemble the pie
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
Serve
- Before serving, drizzle with additional Biscoff spread and sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top.
- Slice and enjoy your no-bake Biscoff pie!
