Ingredients
  

Taco Filling
  • 1 lb Ground Beef or ground turkey
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
Taco Shells
  • 12 mini Taco Shells store-bought or homemade
Toppings
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 0.25 cup Sliced Jalapeños optional

Method
 

Prepare the Taco Filling
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  2. Drain excess fat, then add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Assemble the Mini Tacos
  1. Warm the mini taco shells according to package instructions.
  2. Fill each taco shell with a spoonful of the beef mixture.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and jalapeños as desired.
Serve
  1. Arrange the mini tacos on a serving platter and serve immediately.
