Millionaire Peach Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Ripe peaches Pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh mozzarella balls Halved
  • 1 cup Arugula or mixed greens For a peppery bite
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts Toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese Crumble
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves Torn
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic glaze For drizzling
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

  1. Wash the peaches thoroughly under cool running water. Cut them in half and remove the pits before slicing them into wedges.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine the sliced peaches with halved mozzarella balls and your choice of arugula or mixed greens.
  3. Add toasted walnuts, crumbled feta cheese, and torn basil leaves to your bowl.
  4. Drizzle balsamic glaze over your salad mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Gently toss all ingredients together without mashing the peaches or mozzarella.
  6. Chill your salad in the refrigerator for about 10–15 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve your Millionaire Peach Salad on individual plates or directly from the bowl.
