Marinate the Chicken
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken strips and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
Prepare the Yogurt Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, and salt until smooth. Set aside.
Assemble the Wraps
- Lay a tortilla flat and layer with mixed greens, cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese. Drizzle with yogurt sauce.
- Wrap tightly and slice in half. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
