  • 3 cups Rice Bubbles or Rice Krispies
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows for melting
  • 3 tablespoons butter unsalted
Decoration
  • 1 cup red candy melts for blood effect
  • 1 cup white chocolate for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon black food coloring optional, for darkening chocolate

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and mini marshmallows together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Once melted, remove from microwave and add Rice Bubbles, stirring until well coated.
Shape the Brains
  1. Spoon the mixture into the brain-shaped silicone mold, pressing down firmly to ensure they hold their shape.
  2. Let them cool for about 10 minutes until set.
Decorate
  1. Melt the red candy melts in the microwave and drizzle over the brain shapes to create a 'blood' effect.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and mix in black food coloring if desired, then drizzle over the brains for added effect.
Serve
  1. Carefully remove the brains from the mold and place them on a baking sheet.
  2. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
