- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- Place the cauliflower florets in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat and spread in a single layer.
- Bake the cauliflower for 20-25 minutes until slightly brown.
- Spoon marinara sauce over the roasted cauliflower and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Add turkey pepperoni or other toppings over the cheese layer.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
