Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head cauliflower cut into small florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 jar marinara sauce 24oz
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • turkey pepperoni or toppings of choice

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place the cauliflower florets in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat and spread in a single layer.
  3. Bake the cauliflower for 20-25 minutes until slightly brown.
  4. Spoon marinara sauce over the roasted cauliflower and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning.
  5. Add turkey pepperoni or other toppings over the cheese layer.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for another 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
