Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out your refrigerated pie dough on a lightly floured surface.
Cut out circles from the dough and place half on a lined baking sheet. Add chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers to each circle.
Moisten the edges of each filled dough circle with water, place another dough circle on top, and seal the edges.
Brush the tops with melted butter, sprinkle with graham crackers, and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving with chocolate syrup and marshmallow cream.
