Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 2 cups broccoli florets fresh, chopped
  • 1 large Honeycrisp apple cored and diced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds toasted
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, diced Honeycrisp apple, dried cranberries, and slivered almonds.
  2. Toss the ingredients together until well mixed.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine and Serve
