Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts skinless
Honey Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Peach Topping
  • 2 cups fresh peaches sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Prepare the Honey Butter Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, melted butter, garlic powder, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
Season the Chicken
  1. Season the chicken breasts with black pepper and paprika on both sides.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken breasts. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Add Honey Butter Sauce
  1. Once the chicken is cooked, pour the honey butter sauce over the chicken in the skillet. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, basting the chicken with the sauce.
Prepare the Peach Topping
  1. In a separate bowl, toss the sliced peaches with lemon juice.
Serve
  1. Plate the chicken and top with the peach mixture. Drizzle any remaining honey butter sauce over the top and serve warm.

Notes
