  • 2 medium Honeycrisp apples cored and sliced
  • 1 cup walnuts toasted and chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced Honeycrisp apples, toasted walnuts, and crumbled feta cheese.
  2. Toss gently to combine all the ingredients evenly.
Make the Dressing

Combine and Serve
