- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and cover with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour salsa over the chicken and add lime juice if desired.
- Add chicken broth to the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Remove chicken from the crockpot and shred using two forks. Return shredded chicken to the crockpot to soak up juices.
- Serve the shredded chicken on warm tortillas and top with fresh ingredients.
