  • 1 lb ground turkey lean
Vegetables
  • 2 medium zucchini sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper diced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking

Method
 

Cook Turkey
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add Vegetables
  1. Add diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are softened.
Add Zucchini and Seasoning
  1. Stir in sliced zucchini, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until zucchini is tender.
Serve
