Method
Prepare the Oven and Pan
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

- In another bowl, combine the grated zucchini, shredded cheddar, milk, egg, and olive oil. Mix well.
Combine Mixtures
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chopped green onions.
Bake the Bread
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
