Ingredients
  

Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 large sweet potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for tossing
Garlic
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika optional

Method
 

Prepare Sweet Potatoes
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
Bake Wedges
  1. Spread the sweet potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Add Parmesan
  1. Remove the wedges from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
