Ingredients
  

Meat and Vegetables
  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 head green cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup bell pepper chopped
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste
Toppings
  • 2 cups Fritos or corn chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice

Method
 

Cook the Meat
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add Vegetables
  1. Stir in the shredded cabbage and chopped bell pepper, cooking until the cabbage is wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper, mixing well.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and top with Fritos and shredded cheese.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!
