Ingredients
  

Chicken and Vegetables
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper, cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Combine and Bake
  1. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
