Prepare the Oven and Casserole

- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper, cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Combine and Bake
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
