Ingredients
  

Chicken and Gravy Ingredients
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
Add Soup and Broth
  1. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
Season and Cook
  1. Add black pepper and garlic powder if using.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
Serve
  1. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir into the gravy.
  2. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
