Prepare the Noodles
- Boil water in a pot and cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the shredded cabbage, carrot, and green onions. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes until slightly softened.
Combine Noodles and Sauce
- Add the cooked noodles and bean sprouts to the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serve
- Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
