Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream lightly folded in
Strawberries
  • 12 large fresh strawberries washed and hulled
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp chocolate shavings optional
  • 1 tbsp crushed graham crackers optional

Method
 

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Prepare the Strawberries
  1. Carefully hull the strawberries, creating a hollow space in each berry.
  2. Using a piping bag, fill each strawberry with the cheesecake filling.
Serve
  1. Arrange the filled strawberries on a serving platter.
  2. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings or crushed graham crackers if desired.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
