Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 4 cups cucumber sliced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup croutons optional
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Dressing
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
Assemble the Salad
  1. In a large bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and shredded parmesan cheese.
Combine and Serve
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Top with croutons and chopped parsley before serving.
