Prepare the Chicken
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper over the chicken.
Mix the Sauce
- In a separate bowl, combine barbecue sauce, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, and honey.
Cook the Dish
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
Serve
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks and mix with the sauce.
- Serve warm over rice or in sandwiches.
