Cut chicken breasts into strips and marinate them in the mixture for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Remove chicken from marinade and coat each piece in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
Place coated tenders on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of at least 165°F/75°C).
