Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta, chopped dried cranberries, chopped green onions, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Assemble the Pinwheels
- Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board.
- Spread a generous layer of the filling mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla.
- Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Slice and Serve
- Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
