Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp black pepper
Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta, chopped dried cranberries, chopped green onions, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Assemble the Pinwheels
  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board.
  2. Spread a generous layer of the filling mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla.
  3. Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape.
  4. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Slice and Serve
  1. Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pinwheels.
  2. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
