Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tbsp green onions chopped
Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Method
 

Prepare the filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning, and chopped green onions. Mix until well combined.
  2. Spread the filling evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Roll and slice
  1. Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly to form a pinwheel. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  2. Once rolled, slice each tortilla into 1-inch pieces and arrange on a serving platter.
Serve
  1. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
