Method
Prepare the filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning, and chopped green onions. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the filling evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Roll and slice
- Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly to form a pinwheel. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Once rolled, slice each tortilla into 1-inch pieces and arrange on a serving platter.
Serve
- Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
