Ingredients
  

Chicken Wings
  • 2 pounds chicken wings drumettes and flats mixed
Cowboy Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika smoked or regular
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken Wings
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt and black pepper.
Make the Cowboy Butter Sauce
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, and chopped parsley.
Bake the Wings
  1. Place the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
Coat with Sauce
  1. Remove the wings from the oven and immediately toss them in the cowboy butter sauce until well coated.
  2. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
