Prepare the Tea
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the cinnamon sticks (or ground cinnamon) to the boiling water.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain the tea into teacups.
- Stir in honey and lemon juice to taste.
