Marinate Chicken
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken strips and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Grill Chicken

Make Dressing
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt, black pepper, and chopped cilantro until well combined.
