Ingredients
  

Chocolate Yogurt Clusters
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla flavored
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil for melting chocolate

Method
 

Prepare the Yogurt Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and sliced strawberries. Stir gently to combine.
  2. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Melt the Chocolate
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
Coat the Yogurt Clusters
  1. Drizzle or dip each yogurt cluster in the melted chocolate, ensuring they are well coated.
  2. Return the clusters to the baking sheet and repeat until all are coated.
Chill and Serve
  1. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
