Method
Prepare the Yogurt Base
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and sliced strawberries. Stir gently to combine.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Melt the Chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
Coat the Yogurt Clusters
- Drizzle or dip each yogurt cluster in the melted chocolate, ensuring they are well coated.
- Return the clusters to the baking sheet and repeat until all are coated.
Chill and Serve
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
- Once set, remove from the freezer and enjoy your chocolate strawberry yogurt clusters!
