Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb lobster meat cooked and chopped
  • 1 lb crab meat cooked and picked over for shells
Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger freshly grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Topping
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped

Method
 

Prepare the seafood
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat and crab meat.
Make the sauce
  1. In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic until smooth.
  2. Pour the sauce over the seafood mixture and gently fold to combine.
Assemble the casserole
  1. Transfer the seafood and sauce mixture into a greased baking dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and green onions.
  3. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the seafood mixture.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
