Prepare Meatballs
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, but do not overmix.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
Bake Meatballs
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
Prepare Sauce
- While the meatballs are baking, heat marinara sauce in a skillet over medium heat.
- Once the meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve
- Serve the meatballs hot, garnished with additional parsley and Parmesan if desired.
